the solemn opening of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy regions took place. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan Samat Ordabayev and Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Council Serhiy Chernov were the first to get acquainted with the work of the institution.
